Fractional | Padel
A private indoor padel evening for senior Fractional executives in Dubai. All levels welcome, from first-timers to regulars. Rotating short matches paired by ability, real conversation between games, and the people you actually want in your network. Thursday 28 May 2026, Al Quoz.
About this event
Sharp people. Short matches. Real conversation.
We're launching Fractional | Padel. A new evening built for senior Fractional executives in Dubai who want to mix high-quality networking with the city's favourite sport.
Every level on court. Beginners absolutely welcome.
This isn't a tournament. Half the room will be picking up a racket for the third or fourth time. The other half play weekly. We pair people up sensibly each round so no one is stranded out of their depth and no one is bored. If you've never played, come anyway. Bring a sense of humour and a willingness to laugh at a few air shots. Loaner rackets are on us, just flag it when you register.
The format is built for connection, not competition.
You'll play in rotating groups of four across short 20-minute matches. Teams and opponents change every round, so you meet everyone in the room over the course of the evening. Between matches, there are proper 10-minute breaks for water, refreshments, and the conversations that actually matter. Around 90 minutes of padel in total, followed by 30 to 45 minutes of post-game networking once rackets are down.
Why show up?
- Meet other Fractional CXOs in a setting that isn't a hotel ballroom
- Build relationships that hold up beyond a single introduction
- Trade notes with senior operators running the same playbook you are
- Move, sweat a little, and remember good networking does not have to feel like work
- Find the bench you can call on for your next mandate, and offer yours
- Help shape what Fractional | Padel becomes from event two onwards
Experienced operators off court. Mixed abilities on court. Everyone talking honestly about the work.
Numbers are tight by design. The pilot runs across 3 indoor courts in Al Quoz, capped at 12 players. We are starting small so we can do this properly, then scaling court count from event two.
If you've been looking for a more human way to keep your network warm, this is it.
What to bring
- Padel racket (loaners available at an additional cost)
- Sportswear or activewear
- Water bottle
- Towel
- A willingness to play with people above and below your level
