Common questions

The questions network leaders ask first

It depends on the format and scope. Many network sessions run on a partnership basis, particularly with incubators, accelerators and councils where we both benefit from the audience. Larger custom workshops or recurring programmes are quoted separately. We will be transparent at the first call.

Three to four weeks is comfortable for a single session. For multi-session programmes (e.g. an accelerator cohort calendar) we recommend six to eight weeks so we can match the right operators to the right modules. We can move faster when the brief is tight and the audience is well-defined.

Yes, that is the point. We start with a short scoping call to understand your audience, the questions they are stuck on, and the outcome you want them to walk away with. The operator is selected and the session is shaped from there.

If continuity matters to your programme, we plan for it. We can also rotate operators across a series so each session brings a fresh perspective while staying connected to the same overarching narrative.

In person across the UAE for live network programming, and online for distributed cohorts. Hybrid formats are common; we will recommend based on the audience and the format.
