Fractional | Padel
A private indoor padel evening for senior Fractional executives in Dubai. All levels welcome, from first-timers to regulars. Rotating short matches paired by ability, real conversation between games, and the people you actually want in your network.
About this event
Sharp people. Short matches. Real conversation.
For senior Fractional executives in Dubai who want to mix high-quality networking with the city's favourite sport.
Every level on court. Beginners absolutely welcome.
This isn't a tournament. Half the room will be picking up a racket for the third or fourth time. The other half play weekly. We pair people up sensibly each round so no one is stranded out of their depth and no one is bored. If you've never played, come anyway. Bring a sense of humour and a willingness to laugh at a few air shots. Loaner rackets are on us, just flag it when you register.
The format is built for connection, not competition.
Arrive from 7:00pm for 30 minutes of networking before we get started. Padel will begin sharp at 7:30pm, with teams and opponents changing every round so you have the opportunity to meet everyone in the room over the course of the evening.
Why show up?
- Meet other Fractional CXOs in a setting that isn't a hotel ballroom
- Build relationships that hold up beyond a single introduction
- Trade notes with senior operators running the same playbook you are
- Move, sweat a little, and remember good networking does not have to feel like work
- Find the bench you can call on for your next mandate, and offer yours
- Help shape what Fractional | Padel becomes from event two onwards
Experienced operators off court. Mixed abilities on court. Everyone talking honestly about the work.
If you've been looking for a more human way to keep your network warm, this is it.
